AFTER posting the last entry, I read the rest of my e-mail...During the
course of the hearing yesterday (which took about five hours, but no decision
was announced--it will be delivered later in written form), Melissa's parents
were finally informed of where she is, and they are now allowed to visit
her.
Also, it appears that most e-mails being sent to the various authorities are
just being erased unread, so my personal suggestion is either put all you want
to say in the subject line, DON'T make the subject line clear, or (best of all,
I think), write real, old-fashioned, snail-mail letters--maybe even postcards.
(Cheaper, too.)
